In order to assure you receive the freshest possible cookies, brownies and treats we only ship orders out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We will do our best to ship orders on the day they are received or the next available shipping day. You may also specify the delivery date that works best for you. Please note that delays may occur during busy holiday seasons. All orders are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air. We do not ship to foreign countries or to P.O. Boxes.

WARM WEATHER PACKAGING
In order to assure that chocolate dipped items arrive in the best possible condition, it is necessary to use special insulated packaging during warm weather (April 15 thru October 15). An additional charge of $8.00 will be added to the postage and handling rates listed above for chocolate dipped items shipped during warm weather.
UPS SHIPPING
We are committed to making sure your products are shipped in a timely manner. Please assure that all address information is correct when placing your order. We reserve the right to pass along any additional UPS shipping charges resulting from incomplete or inaccurate delivery information given by the ordering customer.
UPS will deliver your package to the address specified without a signature unless the driver determines that the location is not sufficiently secure. If this happens, UPS will make up to three attempts to redeliver the package. On the third attempt, UPS will leave a notice for the recipient to pick up the package at the nearest UPS location.
TAXES
Orders delivered within the State of Hawaii will be charged the State General Excise Tax of 4.712%. This will be added to the product and shipping total.
